To access your mail when you are away from home, go to  www.advertisnet.com, and click on the section at the top of the page titled

A-Mail. At the Mailsite Express login screen, enter your  email address for User Name, and enter your password. Click Log On to go directly to your Inbox. You may also send outgoing email by clicking on Compose.


Open Outlook Express and click on Tools. Click Accounts, the Mail tab, and then click Add Mail. Type the name you want to show on your emails, then click Next. For E-mail address, type your complete e-mail address, then click Next.  Mail server should be auto selected to POP3. In the Incoming mail server section, type pop.advertisnet.com. In the Outgoing mail server, type smtp3.advertisnet.com. Click Next. In the Account name enter your complete email address. Enter your password, select remember password and click Next. Click Finish and close the Internet Account Window. Click on Tools, then Accounts, the Mail tab, and Properties. Click the Servers Tab, and check  My server requires authentication, click Apply, and OK. Close the Internet Accounts window.

Customers should have alternate connections to Advertisnet in case a specific domain is down or in maintenance. The following document details with screenshots the procedure to create alternate dial up connections. These can be created as shortcuts on your desktop for quick access in case you are having a problem with your primary Dialup connection.
